What You Should Bring to the Table:

  • Superpowers: A state-recognized certification as an early childhood educator or a comparable qualification.
  • Sense of Humor: The ability to laugh at creative chaos and boisterous fun.
  • Flexibility: The courage to embrace new adventures every day.
  • Language skills: Good German or English skills to communicate with our little and big explorers.
